The visitor's center is just a few miles outside of Moab, UT. The big sign for the park is right off of the highway before you get to the ranger station/park entrance. Plenty of room to pull off and get a picture.
We found that in order to see the most famous arches in the park, you have to be prepared to do some hiking (which we were not.) You can see Delicate Arch (about 1/2 way through the park) from a view point (not close to it, but a clear view). You can also see Skyline Arch almost all the way to the end of the park (near the camp grounds - which is the furthest point you can drive through the park.) You can also see the Windows arches at about 1/4 into the park.
The opening scenes for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade were filmed at the Double Arches (a 1/2 mile round trip hike from the Double Arches parking area.)
The park's stamp features the Delicate Arch.
